Global Funding Exchange, LLC, was established in 2007 to provide short-term financing to buyers looking to purchase distressed commercial & residential properties, and has evolved into a real estate investment company.
GFE has raised over $6.5 million to acquire real estate assets, with which it has invested in over 150 properties. GFE currently has portfolio holdings worth ~$2.1 million as of June 31, 2016. Investing its own funds, GFE achieved an IRR over 50% in 2016.
We pursue an opportunistic, alternative real estate investment strategy; focusing primarily on distressed, residential properties in the United States (currently CA, FL, GA, IL, & NY).
Our management has over 10 years of experience dealing with banks and distressed properties in the residential sector. This experience translates into deal flow, shorter investment periods, and greater risk mitigation.
